When you experience a covered stain or damage, simply call the toll-free customer service line within 30 days of the incident. Have your itemized receipt and Plan documents in hand.
Be prepared to describe the incident to our customer service specialist, including the size, location and when and how it occurred. A photo may be requested to better assist with your service.
Based upon review of details collected during service request processing, Guardian may provide one or more of the following services, at no cost to you:
- Professional cleaning for covered accidental stains
- Professional repair for covered accidental damages
- Full item replacement if unable to clean or repair
